Shipping policy

1. How long will my order take?

Delivery time = handling time + transit time.

Handling time: 3–5 business days after you approve your proof (design, engraving, inspection and packing).
Standard shipping: $8.99 per order, free on orders over $69. Transit time 5–7 business days.
Expedited shipping: $16.99 per order. Transit time 3–5 business days.

Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. These times apply to U.S. addresses. International orders may take 2–5 additional business days for customs clearance. Public holidays, weather and carrier delays can affect delivery, so delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Taxes and duties

For U.S. orders, applicable taxes are shown at checkout. For international orders, any import duties are charged by the destination country and paid by the customer.

3. Where is my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates in detail once the parcel reaches your country.

4. Delivery tips

Please enter a complete address (including apartment or unit number) and a mobile number at checkout. PO Boxes and BFPO addresses are not available for expedited shipping. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

5. Changes, returns and lost parcels

You can change or cancel your order free of charge, for a full refund, until you approve your design proof; after approval it is locked for engraving. Every order is covered by our 60-Day Love-It Guarantee; see our Return & Refund Policy. If your parcel is lost or delayed, contact us and we will make it right.
